Everyone wants to be successful, but do you have these seven traits of someone destined for success?

Talking Points:

  • Great coaches, CEOs, and mentors are all very good at one thing – seeing someone who is destined for success. How do they do it? They look for these seven traits.
    • Super Competitive. Competitiveness is one of the best keys to success. If you are constantly striving to be the best, you will eventually achieve greatness. It will keep your motivation strong and lead you to success.
    • Finish Things. Successful people never start something they don’t intend to finish. This can be apparent in school work, job responsibilities, and many other areas of life. This shows that you have drive and are willing to do what it takes to accomplish tasks.
    • Your Circle Out Earns You. This means that the people you surround yourself with are more successful than you. Someone who isn’t made for success will typically spend time with those who make less than them so that they can feel more important.
    • Mind Never Stops. Someone who is going to be successful is always thinking. They think about solutions, ideas, and goals. They are always looking for more effective ways to do accomplish goals.
    • Credible People See You Going Places. If you are destined for success those around you will see it. If you have a teacher, coach, principal, or boss saying that you have strong potential, then you are most likely going to be successful.
    • Always Learning. One of the biggest, most foundational pieces of success is knowledge. Successful people are always trying to learn as much as they can.
    • Extremely Obsessive. People who are going to be successful want to be successful right from the start. Regardless of what it is that they want, they will spend all of their time thinking of creative ways to reach their goal.
