Are you getting the most out of your work day? Pay attention to your energy level and how that affects your priorities.

Talking Points:

  • Everyone has twenty-four hours in a day, but not everyone has the same energy levels throughout those hours.
  • Learn to recognize your own natural energy patterns. Certain times of day will be best for you to think and act creatively, while other times will be better for a task-oriented checklist.
  • Add to your natural energy levels by doing energy bursts, such as ten push ups at the start of every hour, or turning on upbeat music to keep your energy levels up.
