Discipline is not punishment, it's self-control. And it's something every man can have.

Talking Points:

  • Remove temptation. If you are going to have self-discipline, you need be aware of what tempts you and avoid those things.
  • Eat regularly and healthily. Use the H.A.L.T. formula to avoid making bad decisions. “H” is for hungry, “A” is for angry, “L” is for lonely, and “T” is for tired.
  • Once you are able to remove temptation from your life you will be more easily motivated.
