Healthy leaders prove their mettle in the midst of leadership conflict. Evaluate these three pillars in your own leadership life.

Talking Points:

  • If you don’t have a track record of honesty and integrity, you’ve already lost the battle. Ask yourself if you’ve earned the trust of your team.
  • A  lack of emotional health will cause you to lead from a place of insecurity. Allow all traces of ego to be exposed in you before you lead through conflict.
  • A payoff of solid character and emotional health is a team full of the same kind of people. A relationally healthy team is one that attracts the best kind of talent.
