Anxiety is that weird feeling you get in your stomach when you're nervous about something.

Talking Points:

  • Face your fears. Because when you step into your fears, you will realize that they are not that scary after all.
  • Talk about it. Talk to a teacher, parent, counselor or anyone you trust and tell them about your anxiety! You’ll feel better when you do!
  • Get an expert’s help. Little anxieties go away once the scary situation passes but big anxiety is always there no matter what. If you have big anxiety, a doctor or counselor can help!
