We all have fears and that doesn't have to be a bad thing.

Talking Points:

  • We all like to feel like we have control, but sometimes we do things to ourselves that gives us a false sense of control. What we think is helpful is actually us pressing the door-close button.
  • It’s important to pause every now and then and ask ourselves if our actions are lining up with our values. Sometimes in the midst of the chaos, we forget to slow down enough to see if we are doing okay.
  • Our fear is there for a reason. When you listen to your fear and face it head on, it will only help you conquer it even more. We should be able to look at our fears like a snow globe; picking it up and examining it and putting it back down once we understand it.
