Lying is a bad habit that only gets you into more trouble.

Talking Points:

  • Types of lies:
    • Big fat lie. These are easy to spot. It’s when someone tells you something that is totally not true.
    • Bending the truth. This is a little harder to spot. It’s when someone tells you something truthful but adds something to it that isn’t true or leaves something out to make the story sound better.
    • Spreading rumors. This is when someone tells a lie about someone to others because they want to hurt them.
