The world seems to favor the extrovert but the introvert has a lot to offer!

Talking Points:

  • Introverts are great people. They make great leaders because they are able to remain more levelheaded and less emotional. They are good problem solvers and typically are very organized.
  • Don’t make apologizes for your personality type. Too many people have the false belief that extroverts are better than introverts, which causes introverts to sometimes try to force themselves to be something they are not.  Figure out your personality and what works for you. Embrace it!
  • Educate yourself and others. Find out why introverts work the way they do. Learn techniques that will help you be your best self. Then educate your extroverted family and friends on what makes you tick and why.
