Embarrassment is that feeling you get when you do something that makes you feel awkward or angry.

  • Tips for dealing with embarrassment:
    • Tip #1: Laugh it off! If you can laugh at yourself then others will laugh WITH you, not AT you.
    • Tip #2: Learn from it! Everyone does embarrassing things so learn from each embarrassing moment so you don’t repeat it!
    • Tip #3: Forget about it! Shake it off and move on because it’s not that big of a deal.
